I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were really good, making me feel loved and safe during my solo trip. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a party, and even left a thoughtful present in my room. The room and en-suite were very nice, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to other areas in the city.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. The pub downstairs had a lot of character, and it was a great opportunity to socialize with the locals. I also appreciated the great value for money and the easy access to transportation.
One small gripe was that the rooms were located on higher floors, which might be inconvenient for those with limited mobility. there was some noise from special music events held in the pub, but we were informed about them in advance.

This guesthouse is conveniently located near the redeveloped St Johns Churchyard & Gardens, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. the breakfast treats left outside your door in the morning are a lovely touch.
The stairs leading to the rooms can be a challenge if you have heavy bags to carry.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, with banks, coffee shops, Sainsbury's, buses. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room amenities were great, with tea and coffee facilities, a terrace, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The dining bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to relax. we were very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
